To get myself back on track I’m going to exercise for 30 days (I remember reading from a pro-runner that if you run everyday for 30 days - give or take a day - that you’ll improve a lot more than if you run every other day).
I’m not phased by time length or how intense the workout is, but every day I will:
- Strength Train
After the 30 Days I’ll write up a full program for myself.
And because I’m going to stop putting it off until ‘tomorrow’ I’m going to throw on some running gear and go out now! Wish me luck :)

HEY GUYS! I’m back!
After almost 3 months I’ve decided to begin posting again. But it’ll be a bit different this time, it’s mostly gonna be about exercises I’ve done, reviewing stuff, tracking my progress, and general personal posts about my life. Rather than reblogging a ton of ‘motivational’ pictures and things like that. So this blog is basically going to become my personal fitness diary, in a sense. I’ve fallen of the wagon and need to get back on track.
Quick Update About My Life:
I now have a boyfriend (we’ve been together 2 months today). Very happy, and he gets on great with everyone in the family (that picture is us at Jax’s naming day - we drove 600km each way in 2 days to get there). He also moved in with me yesterday (I still live at home, so this’ll be interesting).
I haven’t properly exercised in about 2.5ish months, due to a string of illnesses, no energy and generally feeling like crap. Plus on gym membership. Nowhere has what I want (Olympic lifting area) and the one place that does the owner said a couple of unnecessary comments when I said that’s what I’m looking for.
I’m currently working about 6 days a week, which will soon go down to 2 days (but it’s double shifts both days). So yay for work.
The business is still growing, no clients as of yet, but I’m getting business coaching, and I think that I should have clients by the end of this month.
Times have been tough, but it’s been worth it.
I haven’t been on much recently, or updating much, and don’t have a queue set up. I’ve been finding tumblr less and less interesting. Sitting behind a computer isn’t helping me reach my fitness goals, or my career goals.
I have so much to focus on and balance now that I don’t really want to be trying to find time for something that, in all reality, wastes time.
I will leave my blog open and maybe in a few months I might come back to it, but at this stage, I’m not going to be active on it. I have too many other things to focus on, that I’m actually enjoying, and find that this site can be filled with negativity and I don’t need that in my life anymore.
Good luck to everyone and I hope you all achieve your goals!
Post with 2 notes
For the first time in about a year I went on a date, and it was amazing. I’m all giddy, and happy and can’t stop smiling!
And I’m seeing him again on Sunday, I can’t wait :)
Gym Highlight: leg pressing 127kg (more than 2x my body weight)
Gym Lowlight: not being able to figure out the stupid pec machine, and looking like a real idiot until I gave up
